They replaced our roof almost 2 years ago. Since then we've had numerous leaks( didn't have any issues prior). They didn't seal around any of the vents and fireplace. Now there are places in ceiling that need to be repaired due to water damage. Definitely do NOT recommend this company.

We had Grants come out and fix a roof for us that a previous company had messed up. Not only were they professional but they fixed the other un-Reliable Guys mistake. We are very grateful and happy with our experience with Grants.
NOT RECOMMENDED! NOT TO BE TRUSTED!. Dwane Grant was contracted to roof my home as well as my neighbors on either side. We have all had major leaking due to his shoddy workmanship costing us thousands of dollars in repairs for he would not repair. He also fraudulently ignored the contract as set forth by the insurance carrier by roofing over 3 and 4 layers of shingles dating back to 1969. The contract stated clearly to remove all prior roofing, repair any damage decking, and roof with Galvalume Metal roofing. Proceed with warning should you need a new roof.
